Return Policy
All the products sold on this website are considered perishable & therefore cannot be returned for credit or replacement.
In
the event that an error is made dispatching your goods (i.e. incorrect stock
delivered, short shipment, etc), contact needs to be made via email within 7
days of invoice date outlining the issue in detail.
In the event the products are in some way damaged or faulty, they will need to be returned for evaluation & replacements will be issued at our cost.
We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered products, over orders or customer errors once goods have been dispatched, even if the products are unopened.
