All of our resellers are periodically checked to ensure that they meet our ethical standards. Any reseller (including your associates, vendors, affiliates or partners) found to be involved in mistreatment, abuse, exploitation or otherwise harmful activities toward animals, will have their account immediately suspended or deleted.
No Compete Clause
Vegan Tree Owl uses outside trading partners like eBay to distribute our products. By registering for a wholesale account, you agree to refrain from selling the Vegan Tree Owl product range on eBay. This condition is not negotiable.

All content contained on this website such as text, graphics, logos, buttons icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations & software is either the exclusive content of the owners, their affiliates, content suppliers, or licensors & protected by Australian & International copyright laws.
Materials from this website may not be used without prior written consent. Offenders will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under local, national & international laws.

Website Access (Wholesale)
Your wholesale price access code is unique to your account & only to be used by the person or authorsied representative of the company of which it is issued. Any misuse of this access code may result in termination of your wholesale access.
Stock Availability
All stock levels are accurate at the time of upload, however on occasions some products may become unavailable. All orders are accepted on a FIFS (First in, first served) basis. If the product ordered is out of stock, an alternate will be offered or the item placed on back-order.
Privacy Policy
We collect information from customers who submit an order, sign up for marketing, register for a trade account or create an online profile. Your private details are kept secure & never disclosed to 3rd parties for any reason other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

Return Policy
All the products sold on this website are considered perishable & therefore cannot be returned for credit or replacement.
In the event that an error is made dispatching your goods (i.e. incorrect stock delivered, short shipment, etc), contact needs to be made via email within 7 days of invoice date outlining the issue in detail.
In the event the products are in some way damaged or faulty, they will need to be returned for evaluation & replacements will be issued at our cost.
We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered products, over orders or customer errors once goods have been dispatched, even if the products are unopened.
